We offer one complimentary resizing for engagement rings and non-eternity bands only. This service is available within 7 days of delivery and within ¾ up or down from the original size to maintain the integrity of the ring. Any additional resizing will be subject to a charge.

For purchases and deliveries within the US, we offer complimentary (insured and secure) return shipping both ways along with a professional cleaning and inspection of your ring. Please Contact Us for assistance with resizing.

Please save your original packaging and send it back to us in its original, secure packaging to ensure no damage is done during transit. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit back to us, so it is very important to properly package the ring. 

Please note we cannot resize eternity-set bands (meaning rings that have diamonds set all the way around the band) in order to maintain the integrity of the ring.

All of our lab diamond engagement rings created with 1.00 carat and above center stones are GIA certified. The GIA certificate comes with the purchase of your lab diamond engagement ring.

Our pink and yellow diamond center stones are not GIA certified unless specified. Currently, most colored diamonds are IGI certified. Please review individual products for certification details or reach out to us for guidance.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Kbn jewellery have warranty against manufacturing defects on all engagement rings and jewellery pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise only from a manufacturing defect. 

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, misuse, and negligence, including but not limited to: scratches, discoloration due to any chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Repair or service performed by a jeweller other than Jean Dousset will void the warranty.

If you believe your jewellery has a defect, please Contact us within 7 days of delivery so that you may send it back to us for inspection where we may repair or replace your jewellery, as deemed appropriate and in alignment with this policy.
