Order Preparation

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each piece is carefully inspected and elegantly packaged before leaving our studio.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout for your convenience.

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will promptly assist in resolving the matter with care and attention.
