Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

• In the same condition you received it.
• Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• With all original tags and certificates attached.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at kbnjewelry2019@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

• A return shipping label.
• Step-by-step instructions on how to send your package and where to send it

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged;
• You received the wrong product;

We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Custom products (special orders, personalized or engraved jewelry).
• Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
